COFFEE STORY: The Halo Beriti Washing Station is the perfect place to realize the
potential of some of the world’s best coffee. With an elevation over
2000 meters, and standards just as high, the station takes indigenous
coffee varieties from over 500 small landholders and maximizes their
lofty potential. While there is no lack of great coffee from Ethiopia, this
lot stands out with superb flavor separation. An intoxicating floral fragrance shows prominently in the cup as well, weaving complexity into a base of lemon and lime.
