CUPPING EVENT - Rebuilding a Reputation: Dissecting Delicous Coffee Blends

As the coffee industry has evolved over the decades in the U.S., we've noticed that coffee blends have lost popularity. While we most definitely praise the recognition and awareness that coffee producers have gained in recent years, we've seen that blends are more commonly being considered as "less than" in many instances.

At Morningsong, we want to dispel that idea by creating the most delicious blends we can. Each coffee on our menu has unique and beautiful flavors on their own, but we also know that when some of those flavors are married with those of another coffee, we have the opportunity to make something that's greater than the sum of its parts.

In this cupping, we'll be breaking down some of our blends, allowing you to taste each blend and it's components separately and together, as well as sharing some of our other excellent single origin offerings.
