Join Our Roastery Team
We are a growing specialty coffee roaster looking to add a reliable, detail-oriented member to our roastery team. This is a part-time position with the potential to be full-time for candidates who bring additional skills, experience, or a willingness to take on expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Package roasted coffee accurately and efficiently
- Label, seal, and prepare products for shipping and delivery
- Interact with multiple e-commerce and shipping applications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support production and fulfillment operations as needed
- Follow established procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous coffee, packaging, warehouse, food production, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required
